Karl Karlsson

Founder, Director, President & Chief Executive Officer
Karl is an entrepreneur and corporate manager. He possesses extensive experience from business development and corporate strategy gained from many years running a communications and business development company in New York. Karl has accomplished to establish Bluefish as a new European pharmaceutical company.

Susanna Urdmark

Executive VP, Chief Financial Officer
Susanna has extensive experience from the financial industry. Prior to joining Bluefish, she was managing Handelsbanken’s global healthcare fund. She has previously been working as an equity research analyst, following the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. At Bluefish, she will identify new ways to create value, including building a competitive product portfolio.

Johan Florin

Senior VP, Head of Sales and Marketing
Johan is head of the sales and marketing of Bluefish product portfolio and has extensive experience and knowledge about sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals. Before joining Bluefish, he was the sales and marketing manager for Merck NM in the Nordic Countries.

Ashwani Kumar

CEO Bluefish India and Head of Global Supply
Ashwani has a PhD in chemical engineering and extensive experience from the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, from API to finished product. Before joining Bluefish, he was responsible for global strategic partnering at Medreich, an Indian pharmaceutical formulation manufacturer. As the CEO of Bluefish India and Head of Global Supply, he coordinates Bluefish's collaborations with development and manufacturing partners.

Dana Enkusson

MSc Pharm, Head of Regulatory Affairs
At Bluefish, Dana will assume an important role as responsible for registering products on the European market. Previously, Dana worked as a regulatory affairs manager for AstraZeneca Sverige AB, where her areas of responsibility included regulatory strategy and market access for both emerging and established products within a broad range of therapeutic areas. Other areas of expertise include quality management and drug safety.

Mikael Asp

Head of Quality Assurance, QP-GMP
Mikael is responsible to ensure that Bluefish delivers products with the right quality to our patients. Mikael has over 20 years of experience in the drug industry, and was previously Site Quality Head for Pfizer’s plant in Stockholm.

Erika Kjellberg Eriksson (1962)
Director and Chairman of the Board
Erika experience includes CFO at Q-Med, a rapidly growing and profitable Swedish biotechnology/medical device Group listed on the Nordic Exchange Stockholm which develops, manufactures, markets and sells primarily medical implants globally.

During the past three years, Karl has accomplished to establish Bluefish as a new European pharmaceutical company.

Carl Palmstierna (1953)
Director
Carl has extensive experience within the health industry through his work at the board of Elekta, a Swedish medical technology company. He also brings a deep knowledge about financing from his many years in the financial industry, most recently as partner at Goldman Sachs. Today, he is Managing Partner of ABG Sundal Collier in Sweden.
